The Enneagram is an ancient personality tool that, through its dynamic and open nature, has the capacity to help people in their own development, and also in their relationships with others. We use this tool for both public workshops and within businesses, where its use on all levels right up to the board table has allowed for significant improvement in staff relations and consequent productivity. It has a unique nature, combining compassion with personal challenge, and each person who attends our courses finds that they have learnt something that will help in their approach to life as a whole.
